We do not ship defective products to our customers. We do allow our customers to return a defected product for an exchange only. The customer must pay the return shipping as well the shipping of the exchange item. Due to the nature of our business we do not offer any refund for items that are returned. Please return the product within 15 days in order for us to exchange or repair the product.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if any).
