What is your return policy?
If your product arrives as defective, you can return it immediately for an exchange, repair or future credit. We do not refund for items returned.
Can I visit your location for for shopping?
Currently we encourage you to shop online for all of our products. If you want your product to be delivered to a local partner’s location, we can arrange that once we have successfully received your order and payment.
What mode of payment you accept?
We accept all modes of payment through PayPal secured credit payments. If you intend to pay cash, we encourage you to contact us so that we can direct you Pay and Pickup at one of our local partners in Toronto.
What is the difference between hand-picked and hand-made item?
Hand-made products are our designer’s artistic, laborious and creative craft that you would not find anywhere else. Such products can be customized and modified on request. Hand-picked products are our designer’s recommended products that we believe our customers like, based on 40 years experience in the industry.
Can I pick up from your location?
You can only pick up in Toronto city. Once you have paid for your product, please contact us we will direct you to one of our pop up desks in Toronto.
Do your bracelets come in different sizes?
We can make any bracelets to fit any size wrist, cost may differ for larger bracelets.
Are all your jewelry pieces made from stone?
All our semi-precious products are made from our handpicked stone beads. We use other medium for other products.
Do you make custom jewelry?
We can make custom products to fix individual tastes. Bring your designs and let us build you an heirloom.
Do you make all your products?
We make our own line of products and also hand pick other quality products such as brooches, earrings etc.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Presently we ship only within Canada via Canada post. Outside Canada shipping is not available.
Do you carry men's jewelry?
We do carry men’s jewelry and also custom make jewelry for them.
Where can I pick up my order when I select Free Pick Up?
We arrange pick up at one of our pop up shops in Toronto. Please contact us.
